Payment terms:Payment for the 1st stage (Development of design and working documentation, survey work) shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on the execution of design and survey work for Phase I and invoicing. Payment for Phase II (Construction, installation and commissioning) at the end of construction, installation and commissioning work is performed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of acceptance certificates for completed work (COP-2), a certificate of value (KC-3) and the acceptance certificate of the completed construction project by the acceptance commission (according to the form No. KC-14) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor for the work performed. Excess by the Contractor of the amount and cost of works not confirmed by the respective additional agreement of the Parties shall be paid by the Contractor at its own expense provided that they are not caused by the Customer's failure to fulfill its obligations. Invoices are issued to the Customer by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The period for commencement of works for the first stage shall be no later than 5 working days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
The deadline for completion of works for the first stage is not later than 15.04.2019.
The deadline for the start of work on the II stage is no later than 5 working days from the moment of signing the act on the performance of design and survey works for the I stage.
Term of completion of construction and installation, commissioning - no later than 10/07/2019. The deadline for completion of work under the Agreement is no later than July 15, 2019.
