The requirement to comply with labor protection and industrial safety standards:
The contractor is obliged to fulfill the requirements for labor protection, electrical safety, industrial safety, industrial safety, hygiene, fire safety, ecology, and he himself must organize the control of their performance by his employees. The contractor must appoint a person responsible for labor protection, industrial safety and the environment on the territory of the customer for the duration of the work (by order of the contractor’s enterprise). The contractor is obliged to provide a package of documents giving permission to perform work.
- The Contractor is obliged to provide its employees working on the territory of the Customer with the necessary personal protective equipment, which are mandatory on the territory of the Customer, having passed the necessary checks and tests, depending on the type of work, duties and risk.
- The Contractor must familiarize themselves with the working conditions and possible risks on the territory of the Customer, ensure their compliance and implementation by their employees.
- In the event of injury to its employee, the Contractor independently takes appropriate measures and immediately informs the person responsible for labor protection and the coordinator on the part of the Customer.
- The Contractor (his employees / employees) must undergo introductory briefing on the territory of the Customer
Warranty:
The warranty period for the work performed is determined by the contract and must be at least 5 years;
Waste:
The owner of all waste is the Contractor and he is fully responsible for their disposal;
