Payment terms:
1. Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation costs.
2. Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) banking days after the signing of the acts of work performed.
Delivery terms:
1. The term of the work is according to the schedule agreed by the Customer.
2. The warranty period is 24 months.
3. The contractor is obliged to carry out the work on his own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the Customer:
1. In the TCH, indicate the deadline for the work, as well as provide a local estimate calculation in the Grand Estimate format.
2. SRO availability for the specified type of work.
3. The personnel must be certified for this type of work.
Comments: Draw your attention to:
1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide a local estimate for the performance of work.
2. The cost of the materials and equipment used, including transport costs and procurement and storage costs, is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of the work performed. The cost of materials and equipment is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the acquisition, taking into account transport and procurement and storage costs on the basis of accounting, warehouse and production accounting data, taking into account the optimal delivery schemes, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimate documentation and the price of the Agreement.
3. The cost of the Contractor's expenses associated with the payment of VAT by him to suppliers of material resources and other organizations for the provision of services (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of the work performed. The paid value of VAT is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the acquisition of resources and services received on the basis of accounting, warehouse and production accounting data, but no more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimate documentation and the price of the Agreement.
4. The customer considers all the proposals received, regardless of the possibility of providing the specified documents. Participants who apply with consent to provide the above documents will have a competitive advantage.
5. This request is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to make sure of the Supplier's good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier's ability to independently fulfill its delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
