LLC TD Polymetal invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the construction of a substation (PS) 110 kV Lunnoye in the Magadan region for the needs of JSC "Silver Magadan".
The requirements for the project are reflected in the Terms of Reference and appendices to it (Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the ex. letter). If you are interested in performing the work, please send a commercial offer no later than 02/17/2023, which must necessarily contain:
1. KP in the form of a Proposal Card (Appendix No. 3 to ex. letter);
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. The constituent documents of the company according to the list in Appendix No. 6 to the ex. letter;
4. All necessary permits according to the TOR;
5. Presentation about the company (the requirements are reflected in the "Offer Card" file);
6. Consent of the head of the organization to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 7 to the ex. letter;
7. The completed questionnaire of the counterparty in the form of Appendix No. 8 to the ex. a letter.
If you have any questions about this project, we ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter no later than 10.02.2023.

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
