Payment terms:The Customer within 7 (seven) banking days from the moment of signing the Agreement and the invoice for payment shall transfer an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of work under the Agreement to the account of the Contractor.
Payment by the Customer of the actually performed work is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Contractor submits the original invoice for payment and invoice on the basis of the act KS-2 and certificate KS-3 signed by the Parties by transferring money to the account of the Contractor.
