2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Preparation of the room for installation of the measuring machine.
3. Term of completion of works
Commencement of works in March 2020

4. List and scope of work performed.
4.1. Implementation of the full complex of CMR according to the project СТ13681; СТ13676 KM taking into account all the sets included in its structure of the projects -*reference and borrowed drawings:
• ST13681 sheet1
• ST13676 KM leaflets 3.
• EL 001 13676
• EL 002 13676
4.2. The basis for calculating the cost of works is the scope of work specified in the sections of the project СТ13681; СТ13676 KM, EL 001 13676, EL 002 13676 and this TK. The Contractor independently develops the estimated documentation. The works provided for by the project and the present TK and not reflected in the estimates, cannot be considered additional.
If it is necessary to perform additional works not provided for in this task, the Contractor performs them on a separate task of the Customer with the compilation of estimates with indexes and coefficients, to be used in the estimate of the bulk of work of this task.$
5. Supply of materials and construction machinery to perform this work.
5.1 All works are performed from the material of the contractor, except for the purchase of the split system, installation of the split system is part of the work.
5.2. Construction and lifting equipment, installation equipment, loading mechanisms, tools and all consumables for them (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), SIZ, electrowelding, gas-cutting and other equipment necessary for carrying out works is provided by the Contractor
5.3. The removal of garbage of all categories, to landfills of receiving industrial waste, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, on the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs of waste disposal of all categories, at landfills of receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
5.4. Loading of garbage is carried out by forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
5.5. In case of reasonable comments to the personnel on the quality of performed works, violation of safety, as well as violations of administrative nature, at the request of specialists of the Customer the Contractor is obliged to replace these employees immediately.
6. Requirements to the Contractor
6.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of the self-regulatory organization (SRO).
6.2. To clarify the conditions of performance of works, familiarization with the object it is desirable to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
6.3. The Contractor in his commercial offer shall indicate the payment procedure and other conditions.
6.4. Certification of the head, engineering and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the GCO according to Appendix №1.
6.5. Provision of H&P measures, safe methods of work at the site.
6.6. The Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer prior to the issuance of the Work Permit: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
6.7. After completion of the works, the executor transfers to the customer the executive documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06 and other normative documents.
6.8. Guarantee for at least 12 months.
6.9. Workers employed for the performance of work must be trained in accordance with the nature of the work performed, with a reference to the special certificate of completion of training and handover $ exams in the attestation commissions.
7. Safety of work
When performing works, the contractor shall comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules on labor protection during operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules of hazardous production facilities where lifting facilities are used;
- rules for the installation of electrical installations;
- fire safety regulations;
- rules on labor protection when working at the height of the POT RM-012-200;
- environmental, sanitary-hygienic and other regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
In order to perform the work, the contractor must undergo an introductory instruction. All works performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions "On the application of permits in the production of high-risk works at JSC "EPM-NEZ"
