All participants in the request for proposals must necessarily fill out the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire" and submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the "List of Documents".
The request for proposals is not an auction (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. All participants of the competition must necessarily fill out the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire".
According to the results of the competition, the winner must, prior to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement, submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the attached "List of documents".
The request for proposals is not an auction (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2. All proposals received within the framework of this request are considered, REGARDLESS of the cost (when submitting proposals above the estimated cost, they will be objectively considered).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
