Payment terms:авансовый платеж в размере - 50% от стоимости материалов. Расчет осуществляется Подрядчиком денежными средствами, ежемесячно по факту выполненных за месяц Работ с отсрочкой платежа не менее 30 (Тридцати) и не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней, после подписания обеими сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
