Payment terms:payment of works under the contract is made in the following order:
Payment for stage I shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on the Performance of Design and survey works on stage I and invoice.
Current payments for stage II are paid by the customer in the amount of 95 percent of the cost of the stages of work under the contract, specified in the certificates of acceptance of the completed works on the form of KS-2 and a certificate of the cost of work performed and the cost of the form of CS-3, paid within 30 ( Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acts of delivery and acceptance of works.
The final calculation shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of commissioning (acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the object by the acceptance Commission, the form № the COP-14).
Payment for stage III shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed work on stage III and invoice.
Delivery terms:the period of execution of works:
Stage I.
Beginning – not later than 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The deadline for the first stage of work is no later than 150 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Stage II.
Beginning – not later than 5 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act on performance of Design and survey works.
The term of completion of construction and installation, commissioning works – no later than 10.06.2019.
Stage III.
Beginning – not later than 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The term of completion of the work on the geodesic survey is not later than 12.06.2019.
Term of completion of works under the contract – no later than 02.07.2019.
