Payment terms:Payment works under the contract is performed in the following order:
1) Payment by (I) phase (design and survey works) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I and invoicing.
2) The current phase II payments are paid by the employer:
at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (annex 6) and help about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form (Appendix 7), within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the signature acts of acceptance of works.
3) Payments upon completion of phase II are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee to form COP-14)
Delivery terms:8. Term of execution of works:
I stage.
Beginning no later than 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Phase I was completed no later than 90 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract
Stage II.
Beginning no later than 5 calendar days from the date of acceptance and signing of the Act of acceptance of the completed design work on phase I.
The deadline for the completion of construction, commissioning 210 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
Deadline for completion of the Treaty is not later 08.03.2019 g.
