Payment terms:
Payment works under the contract is performed in the following order:
Payment by (I) phase (design and survey works) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I and invoicing.
The current phase II payments are paid by the employer:
- on construction and installation, pre-commissioning works amounting to 95 percent of the works mentioned in the acts of acceptance of works, payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of works.
- payments upon completion of construction, starting-up and adjustment works are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation.

Deadline-no later than 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Stage II.
Beginning no later than 5 calendar days from the date of acceptance and signing of the Act of acceptance of the completed design work on phase I.
The deadline for the completion of construction, starting-up and adjustment works: 240 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
Deadline for completion of the Treaty is not later 15.04.2019 g.
