Payment terms:
I payment phase (development project and working documentation, survey work) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I and invoicing.
Current payments on subsequent stages II and paid by the employer at a rate _ percent of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (annex 6) and help about the value of work performed and costs form COP-3 (annex 7), paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of works.
Payments on completion of the contract shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
