Payment terms:Payment for Stage I (development of design and working documentation, survey works) is paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on performance of Design and survey works on stage I and invoice.
Payment for Stage II (construction and installation and commissioning) at the end of construction and installation and commissioning works shall be carried out within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing of the certificates of acceptance of the executed works (CS-2), Certificates on the cost of actually executed works and expenses (KS-3) and the act of acceptance of the completed construction of the object by the Acceptance Commission (on the form № KS-14) on the basis of the invoice issued by the contractor for the executed works.
The contractor's excess of the volume and cost of the works not confirmed by the relevant additional agreement of the Parties shall be paid by the contractor at its own expense, provided that they are not caused by the customer's failure to fulfill their obligations.
Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:I stage.
The period of commencement of work on stage I – not later than 5 working days from the moment of contract conclusion.
The deadline for completion of the first stage is not later than 11.06.2019.
Stage II.
The period of commencement of work on stage II – not later than 5 working days from the moment of signing the Act on performance of Design and survey works on stage I.
The term of completion of construction and installation, commissioning works – not later than 11.08.2019.
Term of completion of works under the contract – no later than 16.08.2019.
