Payment terms:• Payment for phase I (project work) is paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on the execution of design work and invoicing.
• Payment for Stage II (construction and installation works) shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Commissioning (Acceptance commission, form № KS-14).
• The contractor's excess of the volume and cost of the works not confirmed by the relevant additional agreement of the Parties shall be paid by the contractor at its own expense, provided that they are not caused by the customer's failure to fulfill their obligations.
Delivery terms:I stage.
Beginning – no later than 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Deadline for the first stage of work: Within 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Stage II.
Beginning – no later than 5 calendar days from the moment of signing the Act on performance of Design and survey works on the 1st stage.
Term of completion of construction and installation works: 20.01.2019 G.
