Payment terms:
Advance payments for the 1st stage are not provided. The payment for the 1st stage (design and survey works) is paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act on the execution of design and survey works for Phase I and invoicing. Advance payments for the II stage are not provided. The current payments are paid by the Customer in the amount of 95 percent of the cost of the stages of work under the contract specified in the acts on acceptance of the executed works in the form of COP-2 (Appendix No. 6) and a certificate of cost of the performed works and costs in the form of COP-3 (Appendix No. 7) , within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of acceptance certificates.
