LLC "Kutynskaya GGK" invites you to take part in the tender for the following construction and installation works: construction of reinforced concrete foundations, installation of fire walls, installation of container-type buildings in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as TOR) and initial data.
I ask you to provide commercial proposal with:
1. Commercial proposal;
2. Calculation of the contract price;
3. A completed offer card (required);
4. Additional cost calculation template (required);
5. In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of submitting a commercial proposal, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
6. Consent issued on letterhead and sealed with a seal to the processing of personal data addressed to the managing director of Pekus Sergey Albertovich;
7. Charter (in the latest edition) with all changes and additions;
8. Certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment);
9. Tax Registration Certificate;
10. The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
11. Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
12. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
13. Permitting documents for this type of activity (all necessary permissive documents are spelled out in the TOR and the proposal card);
14. Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
15. Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
