Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Delivery time within 5 working days from the date of signing the specification. Other delivery times are under consideration. Postponement of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of reporting documents (cf, bargaining12), originals of the quality passport, copies of certificates of conformity.
Delivery terms:The supply of material values will take place in stages, according to the production needs of the buyer. The BOM fixes the unit cost of the product, but not the volume. Delivery time - 5 working days from the date of signing the main Specification No. 1 and the specification for the required volume

All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
