Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Delivery time within 5 working days from the date of signing the specification. Other delivery times are under consideration. Postponement of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of reporting documents (cf, bargaining12), originals of the quality passport, copies of certificates of conformity.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material values will take place in stages, according to the production needs of the buyer. The BOM fixes the unit cost of the product, but not the volume. Delivery time - 5 working days from the date of signing the main Specification No. 1 and the specification for the required volume
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.
