Comments:
1. Wooden glued parts should be made of softwood 1-2 grades with a moisture content of not more than 12-14%.
2. When gluing along the length, use spiked (toothed) joints of 20 mm using PVA glue D4 - moisture resistant.
3. In gluing over the face, it is necessary to use structural adhesives of European production (preference is given to melamine-carbonite adhesive PREFERE 4535 in combination with hardener PREFERE 5035). The presence of a certificate of quality, conformity and conclusions on the tests of the adhesive joint are required.
4. Wooden structures should be treated with fire-protective composition of group I. (a quality certificate is required).
5. The ends of the beams should be treated with epoxy-based putty
6. The hardware group must have an ultrasound report, and are also treated with anti-corrosion compounds.
