Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery took place.

Transportation costs included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery - Kogalym, LUKOIL-AIK BPO Base 174 km of Surgut Novy Urengoy (Scheme attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.

4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:

- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded to ETP).
5. Product delivery must be in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory requirements and additional customer requirements agreed upon by the parties).
6. In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to test potential suppliers for good and integrity by any available, when selecting a winner tools and methods.
7. Proposals from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.
8. Required to complete the tabular part on ETP! Information relating to the parameters of the procured product and other requirements of procurement documentation should be fully entered into the offer fields. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejecting this proposal.
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
