Comments:
I. Подписание договора в течение 5 дней в редакции ОАО "Коршуновский ГОК" (см. вложенный файл).
II. Закупаемая предприятием продукция должна строго соответствовать требованиям:
1. Производство NILOS.
2. Сроки хранения не менее полугода на момент поставки.
3. На продукцию должны быть сертификат качества , сертификат происхождения.
III. Поставщик должен быть производителем, либо дилером (дистрибьютором), подтвержденным соответствующим сертификатом от производителя (обязательное прикрепление документации к предложению).
IV. Предоставление уставных документов (см. список в закупочной документации) обязательно во время подачи предложения.
V.Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности
