Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The bidder is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse in Salekhard.
- The price of the goods includes all the costs of packaging and delivery to the address of the customer.
- The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG -12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier shall be entitled to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
- Products delivery time: as agreed by the parties.$
- Delivery terms may be changed upon agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
- Products must be NEW, not previously used, the date of release of the proposed products from 2019 year of release.
- Provision of a certificate for goods (GOST, SEZ)
- Positive experience of similar deliveries in terms of nomenclature and volume.
- Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

- This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without carrying any liability to suppliers.
