Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The organizer of the auction is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including those with partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Omsk
- The price of the goods includes all costs for packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
- The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in the warehouse.
- Delivery time of goods: by agreement of the parties.
- Delivery times can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
- Products must be NEW, not previously used, manufactured in 2020.
- Provision of a certificate for goods (GOST, SEZ, RRR)
- Positive experience of similar deliveries in terms of nomenclature and volume.
- Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Requirements for RFQ participants:
- The procurement participant must comply with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons supplying goods, performing work, rendering services that are the subject of the procurement.
- The participant must not be insolvent, be in the process of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy
- The activities of the procurement participant should not be suspended in the manner prescribed by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses on the day of filing the application for participation in the procurement.
- Lack of information about the procurement participant in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for in Article 5 of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities."
- Lack of information about procurement participants in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for by Article 19 of Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 "On Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Performing Works, Rendering Services for State and Municipal Needs".
- Must have all the types of resources and competence necessary to fulfill the contract.
- Have in stock all the permits to fulfill the terms of the contract.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
