Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferred payment 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Supply to "Turkey Yard" LLC. Delivery from September 2021 to December 2021, approximately 40 tons (in batches of 20 tons). Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by road, on pallets to the CCH address and deferred payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

The Customer also does not have any obligation to reimburse Purchase Participants or other third parties for any costs or losses arising from participating in the Request for Proposal Procedure.
