Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered with the Chamber of Commerce-procurement B2b system-Kordiant "on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and with rights Party System.
2. All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of OJSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
