Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System on the http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru website in due course and has the rights of a Member of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the bidding process, it means that it agrees to enter into a delivery contract on the standard form of Cordiant without a disagreement protocol and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

Delay of payment of at least 45 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Warehouse of the Recipient in Yaroslavl
Delivery dates AUGUST-SEPTEMBER. Delivery time shall be indicated in the commercial proposal. The costs of products transportation to the warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya 81) shall be paid by the Supplier.
