Payment terms:Payment of 100% is to be done within 60 days after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:delivery of products is carried out by transport of the supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "CHMK". Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on conditions of DAP Chelyabinsk is possible. Delivery time-November 2015.

Comments:
1) obligatory presence of certificate of origin, original passports;
With delivered products to provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire consignment. Used equipment, refurbished, Chinese production and analogues do not offer.
2) Year of production-2 half of 2014 or 2015 year;
3) signing of the contract of delivery and specification in the standard form of PJSC CHMK, without the protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received offers, without incurring any liability to the participants.
5) When choosing the winner the advantage is the manufacturer of products and the companies having the dealer's certificate.
6) If you are the official representative of the company-manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B.
