Comments:
1. Details of the purchased products in the Technical specifications and specifications in the attachment.

2. Suppliers approved by the Economic Security Service of AVTOVAZ JSC are allowed before the tender. For potential suppliers, lists of documents for due diligence checks and for participation in the attachment (scanned copies of documents must be provided at the preliminary stage together with the Technical and Commercial Proposal). Existing suppliers provide documents only in the absence of an up-to-date due diligence check.

3. The contract is concluded in the editorial office of AVTOVAZ JSC.

4. The selected supplier provides constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract.

5. Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, AVTOVAZ JSC is not responsible for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a corresponding transaction.
AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
