Payment terms:100% deferment of payment upon products delivery. The preferred deferral period is at least 60 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment terms are agreed by the Parties additionally.
The products are paid in cash less by transferring the money to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the ruble of the Russian Federation.
The buyer makes payments to pay for the products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provided the original documents confirming the quality of the products, the goods invoices and invoices corresponding to the results acceptance and are issued in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Delivery terms:The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the cost of the goods. The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the goods invoice (TORG-12) at the warehouse of the Buyer in Interrechensk, South Industrial zone, Warehouse. Products delivery time: minimum since the Buyer signs the Treaty. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery conditions are further agreed upon by the Parties.
Products must be accompanied by all binding documents confirming its quality and origin.
