1)Прошу Вас указывать стоимость за указанные тиражи сувенирной продукции с НДС и с учетом доставки до НМЖК.

2)Рассматриваются организации, которые могут поставить указанную сувенирную продукцию в полном объеме.

3)Обязательное ознакомление с ТЗ и представление следующих документов:

- анкета контрагента

- полный пакет учетных и регистрационных документов

- официального завизированного КП

4.Участникам процедуры КП могут направлять многократно

Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 части первой Гражданского кодекса РФ. Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй ГК РФ. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
