2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to the participants in this procedure in electronic form -participant of this procedure. 4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
