Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The bidder is prepared to consider alternative payment terms, including partial financing, provided that interim measures are applied comparable to the amount of advance paid.
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse Gubkin or transport company at the expense of the buyer's funds.
- The price includes all packing and delivery costs to the customer's address.
- The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the goods invoice (TRADE -12) in stock.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
- Delivery time: according to the agreement of the parties.
- Delivery times are subject to change as agreed by the parties.
Requirements:
- Products must be NEW, not previously used.
- Provision of a certificate for goods (GOST, FEZ)
- Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
