1) No. 396 General accreditation of Ural Steel JSC;
2) No. 645 Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety of Ural Steel JSC.
As part of participation, it is necessary to submit an bid with a technical proposal (hereinafter TP), taking into account the requirements specified in the name, Requirements Specification of the attached documentation.
The TA must be with the company's seal and the signature of the manager.
The validity period of the TA must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.

This procedure is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in a competitive bidding process, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer is not obliged to conclude any transactions as a result of the request for proposals procedure, and has the right to refuse all received offers/bids for any reason or to terminate the procedure at any time without notifying the Call for Bidding Bidders and does not bear any responsibility to the Bidders or third parties to whom such actions may cause losses.
The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse Call for Bidding Bidders or other third parties for any costs or other losses related to participation in the procedure.
Thus, this procedure does not provide for the fulfillment by the Customer of any civil obligations with respect to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding or to third parties.
