- having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of the revenue);
- that do not have effective decisions of the Tax Inspectorate on the suspension of operations on the taxpayer's accounts, except for cases when payment in full is made after the counterparty fulfills its obligations ( subsequent payment);
- not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.
