Comments:
Goal:
Development of a turnkey design of equipment and welding equipment, selection of models of a robotic system for welding, cooling systems, cleaning and exhaust of exhaust gases, assembly and installation of equipment at the customer's site, as well as trajectory adjustment and training of a local welding engineer. Acceptance of equipment at the customer's premises.

Appointment:
Automatic welding of welds by the TIG welding method on the ring of the hydraulic seal T.912.006.0026 according to CD (slide #2).

Equipment:
- One TIG welding manipulator with a control panel for setting welding parameters, trajectory, etc., as well as with a full mounted kit (welding torch, hopper with rods of gravity or automatic feeding mechanism, etc.) or consider another version of the station, such as rack and pinion mechanism with TIG welding system – supplier's offer
- A complete system for cleaning metal spray waste and cooling the burner.
- The equipment is equipped with a rotary (axis-rotating) rotary table with clamping elements and is resistant to high temperatures of about 400 degrees. The equipment must be ergonomic and safe for the operator when loading and unloading parts.
- Protective fences of the station:
A. Welding manipulator : Cabinet for manipulator with service door and lock
B. The area of laying and welding of the part: Protective fencing against penetration into the work area,
a screen against welding glow with a tinted window for process control (with
UV protection).
V. Illumination of at least 800 lumens for the operator area and service area
- TIG welding machine with a complete set for turnkey work.
Complete set for connection to a cylinder with protective gas (Argon)
- Exhaust probe for the smoke removal system.
Operator's control panel
- "Traffic light" with process indicators (emergency stop – red, Process – yellow, process completion - green)
