1. The main offer - pay no earlier than 30 calendar days after delivery of products, including VAT and transportation costs;
2. An alternative proposal - pay 100% when placing an order, including VAT and transport costs.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure on the results except for the winner, cancel the request or its results, as well as to exclude any participant without explaining the reasons for the request. Submission of technical and commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
