Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the price of the shopping center.
Delivery terms:The delivery of material assets will take place in stages, according to the production needs of the Buyer. The main Specification fixes the cost per kilogram of products, but not the volume. Delivery time is 1-3 days from the date of signing the Specification for the required volume.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY VOLUME: 100-200kg (for all items)
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF DELIVERIES: from 1 to 3 monthly

Comments:
The applicant for the supply of materials according to Procured items is determined by criteria. A contract and a specification with a fixed price will be signed with the winner of the competitive bidding process until December 31, 2024 inclusive. The selection of materials will take place in volumes from one unit according to production needs from January 10, 2024. The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes and serves to fix prices per kilogram of products, but is not required for a complete sample of materials for this procurement procedure.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is mandatory to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation and NAKS certificate with the supplied products.

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
