Payment terms:
1. The main proposal - Payment is made no earlier than 30 calendar days upon delivery of the product, including VAT and transportation costs;
2. Alternative offer - Payment is 100% when placing an order, including VAT and transportation costs.
3. Products must be new, have a certificate of quality.

1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
PJSC AK VNZM reserves the right not to inform participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any of the participant in the request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
