Comments:
- The current request for proposals procedure is not a tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transportation costs should be included in the cost of production.
- Certification of supplied NAKS welding consumables is preferred.
- Compliance with the requirements of GOST specified in the application is mandatory.

- proposals containing analogs of electrodes are not accepted for consideration: Esab, Zeller, Kontakt and other electrodes containing brand name - manufacturer.
