Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery is included in the price of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material assets will occur in stages, according to the production needs of the Buyer. The specification fixes the cost per kilogram of products, but not per volume. Delivery time is 5-10 days of signing the main Specification No. 1 and the Specification for the required volume.

Comments: Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until DECEMBER 2019, inclusive. The selection of materials will take place in volumes from one unit according to production necessity FROM SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER INCLUDED! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices per kilogram of products, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost of one kilogram of products, but not per volume.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the proposal is submitted and their file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
