Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 15-30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out according to the actual needs of the Customer in the period from 1.02.2023 to 31.10.2023 according to the preliminary requests of the Buyer. Welding electrodes must meet the requirements of GOST 9467-75, AWS A5.1, AWS A5.5. The date of manufacture of welding materials is not earlier than 2022.
All delivery services, customs clearance and other costs should be included in the cost of products.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
4. The volume of products supplied may increase in one direction or another.
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
