Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills marked by the recipient.

Supply of goods and materials and materials until January 20-30, 2022. The cost of delivery should be included in the cost of goods and materials

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their offer (with an indication of the deadlines) to their electronic offers before opening the envelopes delivery), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (the form is attached). If the participant fails or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The following items must be specified in the TCH:
- delivery basis: Nizhnekamsk;
- shipping costs must be included in the product price
- delivery time;
- payment terms.

To provide proposals upon request:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Buch balance for 2019-2021 ;
- VAT declaration for 2021
- Guarantee letter on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as amended by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchase items;
- Information on the technical equipment of the company.

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED ACCORDING TO THEIR CONTENT


The offer of participants is valid for at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
