Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery terms:-Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Gubkin or a transport company at the expense of the buyer's funds.
-The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS -12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
-Products must be NEW, not used before.
-Provision of a certificate for the product (GOST, FEZ)
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
Georeferencing:Belgorod region, Gubkin, industrial zone, Industrial site of LGOKa
Comments:
The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.

In the Commercial Proposal, you must specify:
1) The cost of goods with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) The cost of delivery to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Product attitude - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to upload a document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
4) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
5) The method of transportation.
6) Approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume).
7) Agreement with the contract.
8) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
9) The products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the Technical and Commercial Proposal;
