2. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the balance sheet is a form of OKUD 0710001, with a note from the tax body confirming that the delivery or invoice or receipt of electronic mail administration
3. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the profit and loss statement-form OKUD 0710002, with a note from the tax body confirming that the delivery or invoice or receipt of electronic mail administration
4. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of information about the average number of employees for the preceding calendar year-CPV 1110018 form, with the tax authority on delivery or receipt of mail or invoice electronic administration
5. Original of the certificate of the TAX AUTHORITY about absence of debts on taxes and levies under the form of CPV 1120101 (providing help obtained through TCS)
6. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the Protocol (decision) on the election of the Director-General
7. Zaverennoju stamped and signed by the head of copy of order about appointment of Chief Accountant, and in the absence of Chief Accountant, stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the order on the entrusting to other official
8. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the certificate of registration of tax accounting (INN)
9. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity (BIN) or Sheet records LEGAL ENTITIES (legal entities created after 01.01.2017)
10. Certified copies of the Protocols of the general meeting of parties (decisions of the sole member) of the counterparty in the COMPANY information (address, name, legal form, reorganization, etc.), as well as Certificates of registration in the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER about these changes or Sheets recording COMPANY (for changes recorded after 04.07.2013)
11. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of the Constitution, in the latest current edition
12. Stamped and signed by the head of the Organization a copy of power of Attorney authorized signatory by the counterparty, if the contract is not signed by the Director of the counterparty
13. Original business card Manager and the employee who is responsible for maintenance contracts with counterparty
14. A copy of the reversal of the first pages of the passport of the head of the Organization and a copy of the reversal of the first pages of the passport of the employee who is responsible for maintenance contracts with counterparty
15. The card organization-counterparty, signed by the head of the organization. The card shall contain the following: the name, Tin, PPC, BIN, NACE, legal address, physical address, phone number, website, bank details, name of Director and Chief Accountant
16. Documented information on the availability of Office and warehouse space. Examples of such documents can be pictures of Office and warehouse space, certified copies of lease agreements for premises
17. Documented information on the availability of productive capacity, if the counterparty is a manufacturer of goods/materials/equipment. An example of such documents may be certified production facilities, photo copies of lease agreements for premises
