Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Your offer should contain:
1. Cost of equipment terms of delivery
2.  Terms of payment: 100% postpayment 61 days. From the date of signing the receipt documents.

A prerequisite for the competition is the provision of:
· The maintenance instruction in Russian,
· Archilight test report, in which the parameters should be indicated
· KCC lamp
· Optical efficiency of the lamp
· Confirmation of the ability to install Philips electronic ballasts in the chassis
· Reference list

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of filing.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

Only ONE LEGAL ENTITY can participate in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIATED (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
