Auto-extension

Delivery terms:The desired delivery date is October 2021. Shipping costs to the Consignee's warehouse (or to the transport company's warehouse in St. Omsk) is carried by the Supplier.

Comments:
Comments on the B2B Request for Proposals:

1) The Member must be a user registered in the B2V-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in due course and has the rights of the Member Systems.

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.

3) The tender organizer has the right to withdraw from the tender procedure at any time, without giving any reason, without any liability to the bidders. Tenders are not tendering in accordance with articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

4) If the supplier participates in the bidding process, it will agree to enter into a supply contract under the standard form of Cordiant, if declared the winner, without the record of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

5) BE REQUIRED TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER (hereinafter "KP") DURING MAIN STAGE AND RETRADE, specifying delivery dates and payment terms, and Certificate (representative, partner...), requisitions for participation without an attached commercial offer is not considered.

The vendor's offer must contain information as requested, the organization's seal, and the authorized person's signature

6) Prices must be in line with the advertised currency, otherwise no offers are considered.

7) The "Participant Comparison Chart" must be completed in its entirety, in accordance with the required boxes, without reference to the CP (e.g., "cf. KP")
- Delivery time must be listed in the comparative table and KP in calendar days.
- The delivery basis should specify either "Fuel Warehouse in Omsk" or "Consignee Warehouse in Omsk".

(8) In cases where the counterparty is not a TMC manufacturer and is unable to provide documents (status must be confirmed by official letter (certificate) of the TMC manufacturer or information about the status of the supplier must be present on the Manufacturer's website), its offer for the supply of TMC shall be considered if the counterparty agrees to include the following clause in the contract:
"In case of delivery of non-original goods (goods from another manufacturer), the Supplier shall pay a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount delivered to the Buyer and replaces the goods with original".
