Payment terms:
Payment is made with deferred payment within 60 calendar days after delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse. If the Supplier refuses to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 20% of the contract value.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery in a single batch.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
