Payment terms:Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Type of payment: Non-cash - Payment order, provided that the Buyer has no claims on the name, quantity and quality of the transferred goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out within 10 calendar days by road transport of the Supplier. Shipping costs are included in the consignment price. Products must be labeled and packed in packaging that ensures the safety of the Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST. Containers (packaging) cannot be returned.

Comments:
1. This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and does not have the corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected the participant who proposed in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The agreement on the results of the request for proposals, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. After the end of trading in the b2b System, participants submit an offer with the last price in electronic form to e-mail: AOKerimova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the moment the end of the submission of proposals.
