Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms are 100% deferral of payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deferral period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transportation and other expenses related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Payment for products is made by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments for the products on the basis of the acceptance results, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of the products, bills of lading and invoices that correspond to the results of acceptance and issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

The products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming their quality and origin.

Comments: I. Signing the agreement within 5 days at the editorial office of PJSC Korshunovsky GOK (see procurement documentation).
II. The products purchased by the enterprise must strictly comply with the requirements of:
1. The products are new.
2. The products must be: quality certificate, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity.
III. The provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submitting an offer.
IV. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without imposing liability.

A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the ETP at the application stage (see paragraph 5.2 "Documentation". The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with PJSC Korshunovsky GOK, as amended by PJSC Korshunovsky GOK (see procurement documentation). If there are any contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends a protocol of disagreements to the organizer of the procedure to the draft agreement with PJSC Korshunovsky GOK.
