The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

(Cable products must comply with the TRTS (GOST) - the necessary information when submitting an application: the cable manufacturer and the certificate of conformity.
AN ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE WILL BE THE ATTACHED DEALER CERTIFICATE FOR THE PRODUCTS OFFERED

Certificate of Conformity, Quality Passport — required. Requirements for the form of the contract are according to the buyer's form This request for proposals does not constitute an auction or public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer in excess of those listed in the terms of the competition.
