Comments:
The material is supplied in accordance with the Technical Requirements (TT) of Ceramax LLC. If the material does not comply with the TT, the Buyer has the right to demand replacement of the material with high-quality. Replacement of the material is carried out at the expense of the Supplier. The Call for Bidding of an industrial batch is carried out only from certified suppliers. Certification takes place through the verification of the counterparty of the Security Service and the evaluation of samples of the supplied products free of charge in the amount of 1 kg, pilot batch. Upon receipt of samples of the tested materials, an input control is performed in accordance with the ND for raw materials.
If the samples of materials correspond to ND, a pilot batch of materials is ordered in the amount necessary for the production of a minimum batch of welding flux to determine the conformity of finished products with ND.
If the samples are partially suitable (the sample has deviations that can degrade the quality of the finished product), laboratory batches of flux are produced. The laboratory batch of flux undergoes delivery control in accordance with the ND for products. Based on the data obtained, a decision is made on the possible use of samples.
